My Portfolio
As part of a learning experience about AI, I participated in a #100DaysOfAI challenge. One of our missions is to use our newly developed knowledge to create something to show our portfolio.
In the next sections, you will find some videos and podcasts about 3 pillows of my work. I bring energy, empathy, and structure to be personal and agile transformations, making change and transformation feel lighter, fun, and perfectly tailored to each client or team.
I combine systemic coaching, innovative methods, and neuroscience to create playful, people-centered processes and activities that reduce resistance and drive real change, personal and organizational.
Fostering trust and collaboration workshops are an important method to find solutions, discuss problems or simply build a team.
A well facilitated workshop lets people engage and helps them find their best solution. With LEGO® SERIOUS Play® I use a tool that is playful even in controversial or difficult discussions. Fun fact: It works in a workshop with yourself, too, so I use it for individual coaching also.
Here is a link to a podcast with me about how to set up and improove workshops. Listen to it here on spotify.
I am quite method agnostic - beside systemic coaching. But one method accompanied me for a long time: the LEGO® SERIOUS Play® method.
Not only is it one of the most powerful methods to engage people and develop sustainable solutions, it got me in contact with a worldwide community of wonderful, caring people who have a huge drive to learn.
To remember this powerful framework I’ve started to build a LEGO® Duck for 365 days, following a challenge to build and ask a question for anoter 365 days to finally connect LEGO® SERIOUS Play® and working agile with my #AgileD8 (check it out on LinkedIn here).
Or listen to this “Enten Talk” about the whole story.
Accepting the #100DaysOfAI challenge is symptomatic: I LOVE to learn. And AI is one of the most important topics of our time, so we better learn about it and build an opinion about chances and riksk ourselves.
One of our tasks in the #100DaysOfAI challenge was to visualize our learning progress, so I use ChatGPT to write some Code to design our green square progress-o-metre interactive.
Last but not least, here is a no-code website with the tools we’ve learned or experienced so far (work in progress).
